[ Adrien was sure to stick near the door around that time. He answers the door shortly after she knocks and opens it wide to let her in. ]

[ The inside of his home is far bigger than the outside buildings housing the magi. The front entry room alone has a ceiling two stories high and a grand staircase. Adrien hasn't changed his home much from what he's used to back in Paris but he has seen to it that a happy family portrait of him with his parents decorates the wall above the stairs. ]
[She's definitely impressed by the place, her awe palpable as she gazes around. It reminds her of her own estate- the estate she stays out of- but a little homelier. The picture on the wall looks happier, at least!]
Thanks. It still looks almost exactly like my family's home. My father is a famous fashion designer so we can afford to live in a big place.
My manga collection is upstairs. [ He leads the way up the grand staircase and down the hall. The hall has subtly been redecorated with different pictures as well. Instead of fancy paintings alone, there are photos of Adrien's family and friends from home. There's even a photograph of Paris' superhero Ladybug. ]
[Her dad just, like, she doesn't know what he does. The shitty secret things that her brother gets up to now?

It is. He's a really busy man but from what I know he makes a lot of customers happy. Everyone in the fashion business knows the name Gabriel Agreste.
[ Adrien glances at one of the photos in the hall. He'd be front and center in a lot more of the photographs if it were the real Agreste mansion. A sideways glance and he catches Shinoa looking at the photos. ]
Photos of my family, friends, and classmates. The guy with the headphones and glasses is my best friend Nino. The girl with dark hair and blue eyes is Marinette, another friend. And then... Actually most of the class has become friends with each other over the past year.
Yeah! I mean. I think so. I only started going to public school this year so maybe I'm not the best person to ask. But I had a good experience.

Up here in the bookshelves. [ He leads her up a small flight of stairs to the upper level within his incredibly large bedroom. The walls are lined with arcade video game machines, indoor rock climbing ledges, and even a skateboarding ramp. ]
